Human Dymnamics is leading a consortium implementing an EU funded project titled “Support Programme for Infrastructure Sector Strategies and Alternative Financing (SISSAF)” in Lebanon to support the Ministry of Energy and Waters and Ministry of Transport to implement high priority infrastructure projects and to introduce programe based approach in the sectors of Energy, Water and Land Transport. Under the project, Human Dynamics is looking for a non-key expert for the following assignment:
• Review the background documents and information and present a short analysis of the situation
• Present and agree with the Sector Manager and SISSAF the work plan to be followed for the first 3 months and update the plan on monthly basis
• Contribute with its expertise to the development of the Control Center for Bus Public Transportation
• Review and preparation of the draft Terms of Reference for the tendering for the live information system for the planned integrated bus network, ensuring that best practice and PBD principles are observed (monitoring indicators etc.)
• Detailed report about the activities carried out and results achieve
