Human Dymnamics is leading a consortium implementing an EU funded project titled “Support Programme for Infrastructure Sector Strategies and Alternative Financing (SISSAF)” in Lebanon to support the Ministry of Energy and Waters and Ministry of Transport to implement high priority infrastructure projects and to introduce programe based approach in the sectors of Energy, Water and Land Transport. Under the project, Human Dynamics is looking for a non-key expert for the following assignment:
• Review the background documents (feasibility study, etc) and information and present a short analysis of the situation
• Present and agree with the Sector Manager and SISSAF the work plan to be followed for the first 3 months and update the plan on monthly basis
• Train the staff of RPTA in how to assess and analyze the quality of products such as feasibility studies. Produce a report with actions and results
• Assist in the procedure of tendering
• Provide technical support in issues concerning the design and construction of the railway between Beirut and Tripoli
• Collect, provide and analyse data for SISSAF that concern studies and plans for the railway network in Lebanon, especially for the sector Beirut - Tripoli
• Produce a detailed report with the activities carried out and the results achieved within his assignment
