Human Dymnamics is leading a consortium implementing an EU funded project titled “Support Programme for Infrastructure Sector Strategies and Alternative Financing (SISSAF)” in Lebanon to support the Ministry of Energy and Waters and Ministry of Transport to implement high priority infrastructure projects and to introduce programe based approach in the sectors of Energy, Water and Land Transport. Under the project, Human Dynamics is looking for a non-key expert for the following assignment:
• Review the background documents and information and present a short analysis of the situation
• Present and agree with the Sector Manager and SISSAF the work plan to be followed for the first 3 months and update the plan on monthly basis
• Gaps assessment procedure concerning the traffic volumes and data
• Proposal of procedures for the exchange of relevant data between stakeholders and MPWT
• Exploit the EMME software and support the updating of the MPWT transport model
• Ensure that EMME and the model are regularly updated with data from relevant stakeholders within the sector, such as municipalities and CDR
