Human Dymnamics is leading a consortium implementing an EU funded project titled “Support Programme for Infrastructure Sector Strategies and Alternative Financing (SISSAF)” in Lebanon to support the Ministry of Energy and Waters and Ministry of Transport to implement high priority infrastructure projects and to introduce programe based approach in the sectors of Energy, Water and Land Transport. Under the project, Human Dynamics is looking for a non-key expert for the following assignment:
The Surface Water and Dams Programme Junior Expert (SWDP JE) shall assist the Surface Water and Dams Programme Senior Expert (SWDP SE). The activities under this assignment shall include but not be limited to the following:
• Follow up and conduct periodic sites visits to the dams' under construction. The follow up will be carried out with contractors and supervision firms in coordination and supervision of the SWDP SE
• Assist to the sites offices meetings related to dams projects and prepare minutes for each
• Collect the necessary data and information to prepare periodical progress reports for dams under studies, designs and construction including the financial status of the projects, achievements and challenges
• Provide administrative assistances to the SWDP SE
• Perform any required assignment by the SWDP SE
