JOB SCOPE
Implement, maintain and Support Yardi Voyager & Custom developed applications in the Malls Group. These software applications will be used by the front office, Back-office, or directly by the Shoppers on intranet or internet. The Position reports to the Mall IT manager
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
New Applications
* Implement and support Yardi Voyager application & other solutions to improve IT cost effectiveness, service quality and business development while meeting current and future needs.
* Assist the Project Manager and Vendor as required in understanding the Business Requirements
* Involved in tasks like requirements gathering, designing solutions, configuration changes, setting up Proof of Concept (POC) demos, designing customizations/extensions, testing solutions, generating test scripts, writing documentation, etc.
* Obtain necessary milestone sign-off as specified in the Program Plan
* Contribute to the total system design by participation in project workgroups
* Identify and explain functional requirements
* Identify reporting requirements
* Specify customization requirements and accept customization deliverables
* Ensure that the system set-up meets their business requirements
* Assist in the development of testing plans and perform system tests, including testing of new software patches and upgrades
* Assist users during the roll out of the implemented applications
* Conduct feasibility studies based on user requirements and innovative new technologies
* Handle the product enhancement requests initiated by business community. Understand the business needs and document this in requisite details
Application Support
* Take handover of Systems from Vendors and Emaar IT, ensuring that applications meet business requirements and systems goals.
* Acting as a system subject matter expert for supporting business processes & end users.
* Meet Service Level Agreement commitments
* Support the Mall Applications during normal and extended operating hours
* Liaise with various IT teams to take corrective actions on systems issues as well as with vendors for prompt rectification of any problems
* Manage application changes as per the process
* Collaborate with analysts, designers, and system owners in the testing of new software programs and applications.
* Provide end user trainings
