1. To start-up the Commercial Section for heavy duty trucks
2. Establish Policies and Procedure to be implemented for the Commercial Management Team
3. Prepare Business and Strategic Plan, taking in consideration profitability, product pricing, budgeting, expenses, conduct surveys, and exact market size per segment.
4. Ensure that the objectives and targets are laid out to the individual staff members
5. Liaise shipment of imported vehicles, arranging Proforma invoices, and Letters of credit
6. Placed vehicle ordering, making sure orders followed market demand and government standards.
7. Periodically evaluate the performance of sales managers/ business unit heads with feedback session, corrective actions and way forward
8. Directed marketing team to enhance Sales and After Sales services
9. Develop sales forecasts, draft the plan, targets Setting, Track Result.
10. Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings.
