To carry out the production and filling of Carbon dioxide gas as per the production planning to achieve the product quality parameters in line to the ISBT standards, and in strict compliance with HSE, quality parameters and food management safety standards.
Shift work, reporting to Plant Manager
Duties
- Operates the carbon dioxide plant as per the procedures and parameters laid out.
- Ensures that the operation is carried out in the plant to HSE compliance.
- Constantly monitors the performance of the plant so that the plant is at optimum levels of performance.
- Carries out the shift purity and impurity results analysis.
- Fills the log sheets and the daily report.
- Carries out the filling of the bulk liquid CO2 tankers while carrying out the checks for the product quality parameters.
- Participates in the maintenance of the plant and carries out the basic maintenance.
- Other responsibilities assigned by the Plant Manager from time to time.
HSE Responsibilities
- Ensure the job is performed by adhering to HSE standards applicable and is accountable to the same.
- Monitors and ensure proper house keeping of the premises.
- Ensures compliance to regulations for the waste disposal and recycling requirement(s).
