ABOUT THIS JOB
This position is based in the Baker Hughes Oman office.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Communicating with BH customers via the telephone and also via email and providing a high level of customer service
· Answering queries and problem solving in a fast, efficient manner
· Entering information onto the SAP system
· Producing invoices and sending these out to customers
· Reporting back to management on revenue accruals
· Ensuring full compliance with Audit Requirements
· Attending weekly meetings
· Various project work in customer service and administration, as assigned
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 12 months experience within a customer service or administration role. SAP experience is beneficial but not essential. A high level of both verbal and written communication is essential. High School Diploma is the minimum requirement.
