ensure that the Restaurant and still area are clean & tidy
prepare mis-en-place for service
leave the restaurant in correct state for incoming shift

requisitions are completed correctly
be fully knowledgeable of health & hygiene
strive to continue our service to guests
be fully knowledgeable of health & safety regulations
carry out any other reasonable request by supervisor/manager.
