Role:
As a result of our continuing expansion in the Middle East, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Laundry Advisor in the region.
You will be responsible for the implementation of our technical solution called LaundryAssist to new and existing customers. LaundryAssist enables laundry managers to monitor water, energy and chemical usage as well as the efficiency of their production teams. You will be expected to conduct a full health check of a laundry and identify areas for savings and improved working practises. So, an inquisitive mind accompanied by sound logic will be of benefit.
Full training will be given so laundry experience is not essential, however, we would expect you to come from a similar technical background, maybe the chemical industry or as an MEP specialist.
Our customers are hugely important to us and we will expect you to build lasting relationships with them, where they come to trust us and call upon our skills and knowledge for all of their future laundry needs. We will also expect you to collate the necessary information in order to produce professional reports following your laundry health checks and protect and enhance our brand in all of your communication.
