• Managing all administrative duties relating to applicants, such as :
- Updating and monitoring applicant data bank (soft and hard copies)
- Updating and monitoring recruitment agencies data bank
- Handling incoming resumes through fax, email, or post-mail (local or foreign) applicants
- Coordinating with local recruitment team for prospects
- Scheduling interview appointments by directly contacting prospects and updating them on status of their hiring
- Preparing (the following but is not limited to) contracts, offers, benefits statement, power of attorney, demand letters for Saudi visa
- Arranging candidate flight reservations and hotel reservations through the coordination of HR administration (HO)
• Handling payment issues and remittances on expense incurred by the recruitment team during their recruitment efforts in coordination with Finance team
• Communicating with international agencies on a regular basis and updating them on any developments, prospective hiring, trips etc.
• Managing the communication for the CRTB
