Working on C4 application tracking shop drawings’ revision and approval processes and notifying the contractor, consultant, and CMA’s Team of any caused delays
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Archive project’s documents and shop drawings on C4
• Review C4 status, including documentation, shop drawings, correspondences, submittals, and flow chart, to determine if program will perform according to user request and conform to guidelines
• Review computer operating log to identify program processing errors
• Identify differences between establishment standards and user applications and suggest modifications on C4 to conform to standards
• Monitor C4 performance after implementation to prevent reoccurrence of program operating problems and ensure efficiency of operation.
