• Follow up and ensure all projects needs/requirements (local fabrication, local purchase of consumables ...etc)
• Get quotes from subcontractors
• Arrange handover meetings for new projects from sales to projects teams.
• Schedule technicians to projects on weekly basis as per projects requirements.
• Plan and follow up projects supporting staff.
• Follow up submittals (project plan, drawings ...etc) to get approval from consultant.
• Follow up project documentation/file to be completed as per PEP.
• Look after technicians needs (tools, food, accommodation, promotion ...etc)
• Assign overtime to technicians when needed, and ensure overtime card is made and approved weekly.
• Train company staff on selected topics.
• Implement company quality management system.
