IMM SME - Supply Chain Specialist
We currently recruiting a IMM SME - Supply Chain Specialist for our Jeddah office in Saudi Arabia.
Description
Main responsibilities include:
• Executing and achieving the objectives of the Boeing Integrated Materials Management program at Saudi Arabian Airlines with particular emphasis on maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Fostering continuous improvement and business growth by standardizing work practices.
• Leading the development of process documentation such as Daily Management Tip Sheets (DMTS), business scenarios, and desktop procedures to assure that the goals of the business are achieved. Works with Boeing and Customer personnel to implement/integrate the IMM Transaction Engine (Oracle ) with the airline's inventory management processes and systems.
• Assisting the Site Manager with the development of budgets, schedules, and process improvements. Conducting independent qualitative and quantitative analysis of supply chain as required. Provides training to IMM on-site Material Planner(s) regarding their job responsibilities and duties. Other tasks and duties requested by management.
This job may be level E3 or E4 and will determined by the level of experience and qualifications of the selected candidate, in relation to the scope and responsibility of the position.
Your profile
You should be able to demonstrate the following competencies:
• Excellent customer service, problem solving, and communication skills are required.
• Experience in supply chain management within an airline operating environment is required.
• Extensive knowledge of Oracle software (IMM Transaction Engine) or equivalent is highly desired.
• Familiarity and with Microsoft office products is required.
• Proficiency (verbal and written) in English is required. Some international travel may be required.
• Rotable component planning, aircraft maintenance planning/scheduling and/or procurement/purchasing background are highly desirable.
• Must have the ability to work in a multi-disciplined team, interface with customers, the Boeing Asia Regional Center, and other Boeing entities and departments.
Basic Qualifications for Consideration: Are you a Saudi National or are you in a position to obtain legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia?
Typical Education/Experience:
Prefer a bachelor's degree and 10 years of related experience in Material Management and/or Supply Chain Management positions in the airline business environment, either within an airline or providing support directly to airlines as a supplier. (Only university degrees from universities that have been accredited by the Ministry of High Education in Saudi Arabia will be considered as valid).
