About the Job:
In this role you will have the following responsibilities :
* Developing sustainable building design on numerous major projects including commercial, residential, tall tower and mixed-use developments
* Preparing & verifying designs and converting them to site worthy shop drawings
* Highlighting and clarifying discrepancies with the clients/designers in coordination with the superiors
* Coordinating with different services and ensuring compliance to standards and local regulations
* Leading, training and motivating team members to maximise quality
* Identifying and building up a multi skilled technical team
* Managing work of other engineers and drafters to meet project and client requirements
