About the Job:
We are looking for Accounts Executive to join our Finance team based in our Regional Office.
In this role you will be responsible for:
* Analysis of expense accounts on monthly basis, Accruals and posting necessary Journal Entries.
* Stock provision analysis on monthly basis in line with the financial policy
* Reconciling various GL accounts and prepare 'action-triggering' schedules.
* Coordinate, review and ensure with Shared Service AR team and RO Admin Assts, revenue related GL accounts are reconciled and necessary action taken on a continuous basis.
* Coordinate, review and ensure with Shared Service AP team, Inventory and AP related control GL accounts are reconciled and necessary action taken on a continuous basis.
* Handling Insurance related matters in relation to declaration, claims, settlement and accounting.
* Prepare monthly Financial Statement and business specific MIS reports.
* Interact with & provide assistance to internal/external auditors to facilitate completion of audits
* Provide a high level of internal customer service at all times to enable efficient operations of the business
