Good Communication Skills of English & Arabic.
With at least 2 years experience in the field of tourismAbility to acknowledge and respond to customers requests promptly and adequately
Organization and prioritization skills.
Excellent computer and presentation skills.
Flexible and willing to work on any environment.
Prepare Hotel Accommodation Vouchers and Post Accommodation.Maintain Payments & Receipt Records.
Designing tailor-made holiday’s packages to worldwide keeping in view to passenger requirements & budgets.
Interaction, negotiation and contracting with worldwide suppliers and hotels for negotiated rates.
Establish relationship with local tourism agency/ organizations.
Booking Hotels, attractions & transfer on globally renowned Whole
sale online Booking engine like GTA, DOTW, TRAVCO, HOTELBEDS, REZLIVE
& HOTELSPRO and through Offline suppliers as well.
Interaction, negotiation and contracting with suppliers and hotel.
Updating new hotel rates in the system.
Apply the markup accordingly, and train the team to generate the revenue through good profit.
Preparing daily and monthly sales report.
Maintaining a good relation with all hotel staff and other travel agencies.
