1 Safety & IMS "Perform maintenance work in compliance with Air Liquide safety requirements.
Use proper working tools and wear personal protection equipment. Knows and respects all procedures indicated in maintenance, quality and safety manuals. Attend all safety and IMS training required. Protect his own and his co-worker from any accidents during maintenance works. Ensures that his contractors work safely and in accordance to the AL safety rules. Report any unsafe maintenance condition and near miss event."
2 Maintenance for Electrical/Instrumentation facilities Perform
maintenance works based on the schedule and instructions. Repair of electrical & instrumentation equipment respecting SOP. Perform preventive maintenance(PM) requested on PM schedules. Execute checking and monitoring equipments conditions periodically. Propose improvements of existing procedures and tools. Instruct, supervise and control contractors involved. Use CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System, Maximo). Participate to the writing of maintenance instructions & SOPs. Make necessory work prepartion including detail planning & purchasing of parts.

3 Reliability Improvement
Suggest improvement idea for electrical & instrumentation equipments. Apply the best practices. Execute the E&I actions from RCA action plans. Participate to RCA analysis when required. Takes necessary actions to reduce production downtimes.
4 Purchasing assistance & contractors supervision. Request necessary spare parts when required. Keep warehouse & workshop ordened. Support to material inspection at delivery. Supervising contractors for safety and quality while site field working.
5 Training
"Develop his technical knowledge and expertise.
Take part in various training on a continuous basis regarding equipment operation, safety devices, technical issues and regulations. Study equipment handbooks and various maintenance procedures.

6 Reporting
Report daily maintenance works including his observation on equipments using Maximo. Performs data entry for maintenance reports and to update equipment database. Record spare parts quantity in/out warehouse daily.
