Bourbon Docking recruits a Purchasing IT Officer
Duties & Responsibilities
To be the referent within Bourbon Sourcing for purchasing IT tools (in direct collaboration with IT Corporate).
Participate in the projects for new IT tools development and implementation.
Guarantee the accuracy of the Supplier Master Data and define data quality checks processes.
Act as a key user for Oracle (PO /IC module).
Implementation and update of SynerTrade application as per company needs - continuous participation in the evolution of the system.
Play a key role in the projects for IT tools development:
- define functional requirements
- translate the business needs to the IT Department
- advise on best IT solutions
- perform system tests and support IT during implementation
Guarantee the quality of theSupplier Master Data and develop processes to perform data quality checks.
Gather company’s users’ needs and:
- liaise with the IR Department for incidences and changes in the system;
- liaise with BS Management for new developments and improvement proposals.
Spread the use of information systems’ good practices.
Train the users.
Line reporting & functional linkage
You will report directly to the Process and Quality Manager
