Position Summary:
The Study Coordinator will be responsible for overall management of the implementation of the Youth Assessment, including providing quality assurance oversight for all fieldwork, coordinating expert technical assistance and ensuring timely completion of the study. S/he will work under the general direction of the MESP COP and Senior M&E Advisor and in close partnership with the Assessment Team Leader. The position will be full-time during the period of performance from late July until mid-November during and will be located in Amman, Jordan.
**Please note: This is a local position. Only candidates with Jordanian citizenship will be considered.**
Responsibilities:
• Provide overall coordination of a significant multi-site qualitative assessment in 10 governorates of Jordan.
• Ensure timely completion of all related tasks within the milestones and deadlines established in the work plan.
• Assist in project planning, complete and manage the study work plan and ensure that pre-established work, scope, and study protocols are followed.
• Participate in developing strategies for data collection and management.
• Coordinate multiple data collection efforts, which may include other collaborating agencies or institutions.
• Oversee recruitment of study participants.
• Serve as principle administrative liaison for the project.
• Oversee and coordinate the provision of administrative and staff services.
• Develop and maintain quality control systems and procedures.
