Store Supervisor-Saudi Arabia - Alghanim Industries

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Store Supervisor drives sales performance of the store. Coaching, motivating and empowering sales staff to achieve set targets. Key Responsibilities
1. Mentoring and coaching a team of sales staff to ensure that high customer service levels, display standards, and policy compliance are maintained.
2. Driving sales performance of own team to achieve set targets each month.
3. Performance managing under achieving Sales Assistants and delivering sales gains from them.
4. Maintaining and promoting a culture of cooperation, professionalism and optimism within the sales team. Ensuring a positive attitude is always displayed.
5. Regular checking of own area of the showroom and highlighting replenishment issues as they arise to the team. Ensuring that 97% of product lines in the backstore are displayed on the salesfloor.
6. Effective implementation of promotions, layout changes and seasonal moves within showroom.
7. Ensuring the safe handling and movement of product so as to minimise damages and keep shrinkage costs to a minimum.
8. Maintaining regular, open and honest communication with the Store Manager and Retail Operations Manager to ensure accuracy of information and consistency at store level.
9. Channelling product, pricing and commercial feedback from Sales Assistants and customers.
10. Provide leadership and feel ownership in areas including sales levels, stock controls, compliance, SAP system transactions, customer service etc. 11. Work alongside and on behalf of Store Manager during his absence.
12. Responsibility for Delivery Scheduling from Store side & work very closely with D&I supervisor (regardless of outsourced or own team).
