1-Involved in identifying new projects opportunities through establishing new contacts and relationships, maintaining network information, and participating in investments forums.
2-Conduct internal/external analysis using SWOT techniques (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) for existing prospective projects.
3-Conduct a legal due diligence to ensure that the property/land faces no legal issues and its legal paperwork is in order.
4-Conduct a valuation study to determine a price range for the value of the property/land.
5-Provide information as an input to the feasibility studies.
6-Conduct a site visit to inspect the physical state of the property/land.
7-Confirm that the proposed investment meets Sector’s acquisition criteria and is in line with Sector’s
investment guidelines.
8-Conducts market and feasibility studies to identify new investments opportunities and develops proposals and detail budgets for conducting of such studies.
9-Assesses the financial viability of new opportunities, for both existing and new Projects.
10-Reports the financial status and progress of the existing Project to ensure that the performance is aligned with the set budgets, targets, and expectations to initiate appropriate corrective actions.
11-Markets company image to the local and regional business community as a professional in the Projects.
12-Present findings and recommendation to the Investment Management Manager for Approval
