Bourbon recruits a Marketing Coordinator/Executive Assistant - MMI Region
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support Marketing Manager in all tendering/bidding activity in the region.
- Follow-up and support relationship with customers in the region - Customer satisfaction - Image of Co.
- Assist in forecasting and tracking Market trends and drivers
- Assist in preparation of marketing presentations
- Maintain and update marketing reports
- Assist other Regional Managers in preparations of quarterly reports
- Assist Regional Managers in tracking of various KPIS
- Manage internal & external relations with the Regional Managers
- Communication with Corporate office in regards to Regional issues
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the Regional Managers
Line reporting and functional linkage
You report directly to the Regional Managing Director - MMI Region
