About the Job:

We are looking to recruit a Regional Visual Manager to join our GUESS team in Bahrain. Reporting to the Senior Visual Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Formulate a Visual Merchandising Strategy which is in keeping with the image and standards of the brands represented and present it to the Merchandising Director, along with projected budget requirements.
* Prepare the Visual Display calendar for all the brands taking into consideration seasonal requirements, promotions, brand specific activities, discuss with the relevant departments to ensure its effective implementation.
* Conduct regular store visits and liaise with the store staff to carry out the merchandising in the stores.
* Coach/ guide the store personnel about the importance of visual merchandising/ awareness, through delivering training sessions on Visual Merchandising.
* Research on trends in visual displays and merchandising techniques in the regional and international markets and propose new/ innovative ideas to ensure the brand presence is in line with the international trends and standards but at the same time reflects regional flavour.
* Ensure the standards of visual merchandising are being maintained in all the stores.
