• Experienced with POMI and AUTO CAD.
• Quantity take-off, measurement of works on site and re-measurement of provisional quantities.
• Preparing BOQs and documents for tenders and contracts
• Preparation of interim payment statements.
• Administer as required the payment for suppliers and sub contractors based on the individual agreement and the site BOQ.
• Assist as required the development of monthly budgets and costs-at-completion.
• Preparation & Submission of Variations and Final Accounts
• Provide, commensurate with the level of experience, Project Management services on construction projects.
• Adhere to Quality Assurance and other office procedures.
• Be involved with and contribute to the Business Development of the Quantity Surveying team.
