Human Dymnamics is leading a consortium implementing an EU funded project titled “Support Programme for Infrastructure Sector Strategies and Alternative Financing (SISSAF)” in Lebanon to support the Ministry of Energy and Waters and Ministry of Transport to implement high priority infrastructure projects and to introduce programe based approach in the sectors of Energy, Water and Land Transport. Under the project, Human Dynamics is looking for a non-key expert for the following assignment:
- Review the background documents and information concerning the project Deir Al Ahmar and present a short analysis of the situation
- Present and agree with the Sector Manager and Team Leader the work plan to be followed for the first 3 months and update the plan on monthly basis
- Assistance in supervising the implementation of the new combine cycle power plant of 590 MW at Deir El Ahmar, as well as advice and support regarding construction progress and relations with the Contractor. This is to assure that contracts are implemented on time, as the energy situation is critical and delays are unacceptable
- Produce a final report on the work done under the assignments
