As Service In Charge, you will be responsible for Monitoring the Workshop activities and ensures efficient use of available resources - technicians and equipment - in order to maximize the productivity of the Workshop service.

In this role, your duties encompass the following:

• Oversee the implementation of operation activities effectively & smoothly in work shop, and prioritize the work flow as needs.
• Monitor the quality of the services provided by the technicians to facilitate a high standard and raise the customer satisfaction index.
• Assist when there is difficulty in interpreting a customer complaint and in the correct write-up of the complaint.
• Evaluate technician skills and recommend future training requirements.
• Act as the interface between the technicians and the management.
• Ensure that correct warranty policies and procedures are administered by monitoring warranty reject claims and controlling warranty replacement parts.
• Handle the Customer complaints, and ensure of removing all grievances.
• Supervise employees scheduling, positioning and justify as work situation needs.
• Ensure availability of spare parts by coordinating spare parts department.
• Ensure employees technical performance / equipment’s usage are as per OEM operational standards and coach the employees as required.
• Ensure that Workshop standards will be implemented.
• Ensure proper implementation of procedures which enhances customer satisfaction.
• Analyze the workshop operation performance, and suggest action to improve opportunities.
• Prepare all periodical reports required, analyze and discuss the results with Kawasaki Brand Manager and staff.
• Ensure employees follow up on personal safety & security procedures.
• Ensure equipment’s and tools are kept in clean and safe condition for use.
• Ensure proper implementation of promotion campaigns activities in coordination with Marketing & sales departments.
• Coordinate with training department to schedule employees training needs, ensure of final certification results, and monitor their performance after training.
• Maintain communication with Team Leaders and Technicians by clarifying diagnostic procedures and sharing and explaining new information in bulletins.
• Work closely with the Kawasaki Brand Manager and supports on operational issues, Budgeting etc.
Coach the Technical staff and also do Hands on Technical Jobs as and when required.
• Provide reports related to departmental monthly targets and average productivity.
• Carry Out all the Necessary activities as assigned by the Reporting Manager.
