About the job:


Job Objective:
 


To support the strategic business needs for growth through  appropriate infrastructure for the entity, the brands and the team and to leverage value by optimizing expenditures  whilst supporting the image and reputation of all stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

* To evaluate and support the sourcing of appropriate  infra structure to meet business needs and to work with key business partners in project realisation.
* To put in place appropriate resource to meet the needs for Property Services and Projects.
* Prepare forecasts on the delivery programs in line with approved capex and to track milestones and deliverables, with attention to safety, quality and brand guidelines.
* Ensure the implementation of the plan for specific projects according to the approved plan and make the necessary recommendations if variances arise.
* Constantly follow up to track the progress of projects to ensure that they progress according to the agreed parameters on quality, cost, time, etc.
* Develop strong working relationships with clients, consultants, architects, contractors/sub-contractors and external parties to ensure a collaborative approach to project development.
* Close liaison with relevant Government agencies to obtain approvals on time.
* Work closely with the business heads to ensure that the key customers' interests are taken care of and seek suggestions/suggest solutions in a proactive manner.
* Create value by reviewing assets, expenditures  and resources deployed for "most appropriate economic and business use" to support the business, team and the brands across Oman.
* Provide timely reports and solutions to senior management team.
