PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
To ensure delivery excellence and the profitable roll-out of Education Consulting Services to new and existing customers in the Large Enterprise segment across the SAP MENA region.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Reporting to the Education Delivery and Development Manager, the successful candidate must have a successfully track record and demonstrate the ability to:
* Able to consult with prospects and customers on education strategy, training needs analysis.
* Scope, manage and deliver end user training design and development.
* Manage end user education engagements and projects.
* Engage with internal and external consultants in the SAP ecosystem to successfully deliver high quality end user training.
* Have a can-do attitude and willingness and able to help wherever required.
WORK EXPERIENCE
* Solid background and track record in end user education.
* Certified SAP Consultant or have good SAP functional experience, preferably in SAP HR.
* SAP project experience.
* Presales experience will be an advantage.
