Department Description: Rewards:
Evaluate competitive practices, recommend actions or programs, and interpret policies and practices to provide comprehensive support for employee compensation and benefit programs. Assist in the design and implementation of compensation and benefit plans, programs, and procedures. Align Motorola Solution’s compensation and benefit programs with business strategy.
Responsibilities/Expectations: Lead country Rewards for the Middle East countries, Egypt & Libya. Supports the compensation and benefits needs of teh sub-region, Assists in the development of wide-ranging total rewards communications. Oversees compensation and benefits survey submissions. Decides the appropriate level of survey participation.
Maintains a sound awareness of competitor rewards programs. Recommends changes to keep Motorola competitive in the talent market.
Manages moderately complex vendor and third party administrator relationships. Makes recommendations for changes to vendor relationships.
Ensures that compensation and benefits programs abide by government laws and regulations.
Receives little instruction on day-to-day work, and general instructions on new assignments.
Exercises judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Networks with internal hr business partners, business leaders and and external peers/ experts/ vendors.
Knowledge Skills: A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization, specific to the Middle East region, Egypt & Libya.
