About the Job:
Operational
* Posting, filling and reconciling all completed home delivery documents
* Preparing and following up the home delivery teams schedules
* Ensuring all productivity measures are in place.
* Receiving and inspecting all incoming goods from HD front desk and reconciles with home delivery documents as per the company policy, system and procedure
* Ensures to log each home delivery documents before goods are pushed to the loading bay
Customers
* Processing customers after sale job as per the company system and procedures
* Ensuring all customers' queries are attended to in a professional manner
Financial:
* Ensuring to follow up advance payment from Admin office.
* Preparing and submitting staff monthly payroll report to HR Connect as per the company payroll procedures.
