Our client is looking for a Factory Manager/ COO to head up one of the largest producers of frozen and chilled food products in Jordan. This role will manage a planning team, to deliver production plans and materials for all production facilities, to ensure efficient operation of each factory.
We are looking for candidates with 10-15 years of experience in food processing. International experience is a must. The role will be managing 50-70 employees. The successful candidate will be representing the company in meetings, events and organizations, when necessary. Maintaining and controlling a clear communication among all departments and ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed
