About Your Job:
As Manager Design and Branding you will be responsible for overseeing all visual design related activities covering photography, videography, product industrial design, uniforms, and packaging graphics branding. The design and branding team acts as an internal brand agency for the department in terms of creating design solutions for all Product Development initiatives. You will work with cross functional teams, key stakeholders within the airline, and suppliers to understand product and branding requirements and convert these into appropriate design briefs and solutions. You will ensure that all design and branding initiatives are aligned with Qatar Airways group corporate strategy for the current and future.
About You:
To join our 5-star team in this role you will need a Bachelors Degree in a design related field such as Industrial, Graphics or Interiors. Ideally you will have an understanding of interaction design methodology and brand execution. You will need at least 7 years job-related experience with experience leading a design team in an interactive medium. You will have broad experience incorporating various aspects of design including photography, web design, desk top publishing an equipment. A complete understanding of product design processes, technologies and design theory is essential as is the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines. Additionally knowledge of industry standard tools in 2D and 3D visualization is necessary.
