Exciting career opportunity within QR Compensation and Benefits Team
You will be heading the team responsible for the entire job evaluation process and policies for the whole of Qatar Airways Group of Companies including Outstations using HAY methodology.
You prime target in this role is to manage the job evaluation process ensuring a robust systematic process is in place for all roles within the QR Group. You will be constantly communicating with the Line Managers to effectively conduct the analysis and to verify the written data to actual size of the job. You will provide them with guidance on the use of job descriptions and its use as a tool for performance appraisal and training. You will also oversee the generation of Organisational Charts. Moreover you will identify trends and changes in employment practices and legislation, in order to manage, formulate and develop key HR policies in line with local law & regulations. You will establish the department or teams objectives and priorities to align with and support business objectives.
About You:
We are looking for professionals - HAY Certified - who can lead and manage successfully the job evaluation process within the entire QR Group.
You will also hold a Bachelors Degree from a recognized university. Min 5 years of job-related experience is required. Essentially you will have 10 years well rounded overall HR experience including HAY awareness/experience. We are looking for applicants with proven experience of demonstrating flexibility to meet the changing demands of the business.
