Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Manager, In-Room Dining, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
-Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
-To provide superior customer satisfaction by ensuring that all orders are delivered to the correct address within the given time in a hygienic manner and at the right temperature.
-To asssit in preparation of the orders (packing) and deliver when required.
-To pick up the order from In Room Dining
-To assist in stock taking. Help out in the back area as and when required with sundry tasks.
-To maintain workplace (vehicle) hygiene, occupational health and safety, and security procedures.
-In coordination with the In Room Dining team, develop a trade area map.
-Systematically distribute free delivery flyers in the target market whenever needed.
-To be well groomed and in full uniform at all times.
-To be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the vehicle.
To be warm and courteous to the guests.
-To thank the guests as you leave. Be on time always.
-Responsible for running errand tasks for the In Room Dining as advised by the leader.
-To check with the In Room Dining leader before leaving for the day.
-To inform superiors of any guest complaints, guest dissatisfaction or disagreements with guests, no matter how small the issue may be.
