The Position:
Provide a full range of psychological services Groupwide specifically in the Occupational/Business context in a professional and quality manner, adhering to international standards or professional requirements.
Business Psychologists will assess, evaluate and recommend suitability of candidates for employment and act as a consultant to senior managers in the resolution of work related conflicts and managing the psychological aspects of change related to Occupational situations. They also work with teams, provide executive coaching and conduct development centres on going. Ability to write reports and deliver presentations are key aspects of the role.
