Looking for a SAUDI Reservation Agent with at least 2 years of experience in hotel reservation.
The role:
The role of the Reservation Agent is to ensure the client vacation and reservation expectations are met and to ensure each customer receives the highest possible level of service; while making every effort to generate company revenue. Each agent must have complete knowledge of our product and all destinations. Each agent must have extensive knowledge of reservation function to include but not limited to booking and canceling dates, upgrades and general hotel information.
Specific Duties, Activities and Responsibilities:
* Book dates
* Problem solve
* Know, understand and keep up with changing packages, hotels, tours, DOP, destinations and upgrade information
* Outbound work as directed
* Returns calls to guests when necessary
* Assist inbound sales calls
* Confirm reservations when required
* Follow reservation script to ensure each call is handled according to company standards
