Offshore Production Superintendent - Qatar
You must have a minimum of 15 years experience in the Oil and Gas industry as well as having experience in Supervising and coordinating the activities of production shift personnel. This is a permanent 'staff' position on a rotational basis.

Our client a leading international Oil and gas Operator with decades of industry experience is currently looking to recruit an Offshore Production Superintendent to work on a rotational basis.
The role:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production shift personnel.
- Maintain the safe and efficient operation of platform production, utility and safety equipment in line with Company Policies.
- Manage platform production operations Review daily production losses with Control Room Team and minimize impact where possible.
- Identify improvement opportunities.
- Be fully conversant with the Emergency Response Procedures
- Be fully conversant with the Integrated Safe System of Work,
- Carryout regular platform audits of key procedures and processes as identified on the audit matrix.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 15 years as a production superintendent.
- Familiarity with safety regulations.
- Leadership, strategic planning & orientation, project management, good teamwork, fluent in English, Interpersonal and Communication skill
