Role Summary/Purpose
Essential Responsibilities
- Responsible for collection on a specific portfolio with a specific team of 3 to 4 collectors - Lead, manage and develop a team of 3 to 4 cash collectors - Responsible for the quarterly closing/estimates and develop reliable estimates on Cash collection, Past due & BDR: communicate current results and estimates to Cash Manager. Understand, communicate and explain variance drivers within the Cash Manager. - Distribute daily and weekly tasks to the team - Daily follow-up with the team, report out on team visits and progress. - Pro-actively manage to receive invoices from the invoicing team, deliver invoices to cash collectors, track invoices delivery to end customer, maintain appropriate tracker and auditable pist (invoices signed off by collector / customer) - Reconcile private customers accounts - Support cash collectors in addressing snags and disputes: manage with Sales & OTR to close snags, complete missing documents and address disputes - Manage cash application with payment details collected from customers / MoH / MSD by the team / Daily review of bank details / manage progress billing cash
Qualifications/Requirements
- Confirmed experience of minimum 4 years in collection within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia- Experience on MOH collection is highly required- Managerial skills and expertise- Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change- Excellent verbal & written communication skills: fluency in English; experience working across multiple, functions and businesses; able to clearly communicate complex financial infor
