Operate production line according to the standard process manuals.
Monitor process parameter to find out problems.
In abnormal operating situation or emergency conditions, report them to the Supervisor or Section manager to get instruction for taking an action.
Constantly reviews the operation of the plant to monitor production and quality, anticipating and solving problems in a timely manner, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Patrol the plant to check equipment state and find out leak point in a timely manner.
Complete daily production log sheets.
Participates in projects that involves plant efficiency and/or reduce operating costs.
Maintains adequate records of key production variables such as production volume, yield, plant uptime, utility consumption, etc., on a daily basis.
Participates in Quality Assurance program.
Samples and tests process streams as required by the QA program and procedures.
Assists and communicate with maintenance technicians in performing maintenance
Communicate with operators from other shifts to share plant conditions.
Clean and maintain work area at any time when you see the waste or by requesting Supervisor or section manager.
Other duties requested from Section manager or Supervisor.
