Deputy HR Director -Dubai- Engineering
Our client is currently recruiting for a Deputy HR Director to be based in their regional head office in Dubai, UAE.
A truly global organisation, they employ in excess of 250,000 people around the world.
This client has a number of large scale civil and infrastructure related projects across the Middle East and are actively seeking to expand with this urgent appointment. You will be part of the regionalisation strategy and align policies and procedures to international standards.
Our client is specifically looking for:
v Western Educated in any HR Discipline (Business Administration/MBA)
v 15-20 years in Human Resources (Generalist)
v Minimum 5 years GCC experience preferably in the UAE.
v Must have experience and background in the construction industry.
v Fluent in English
This is a long term opportunity and the total tax free package for this position is negotiable based on candidate's experience.
Face to face interviews will be taking place for this position this Saturday and Sunday in Dubai.
