Lead Officer Standards & Service Contract - Qatar Airways

About Your Job:



The position will be accountable to manage and monitor the delivery of all operational standards, providing trend analysis, suggest and implement improvement activities and provide input into tender and service level agreement (SLA) documents. The role includes supporting technical tender evaluation, develop detailed job assignment definitions and monitor contract performance in-line with agreed SLA's.

Specific responsibilities will include:
-
* Supervise and coordinate with Manager Contracts and Service Standards for all service delivery related activities at Doha International Airport as per the policy and procedures.
* Accountable together with the manager for development of strategies to analyse the daily service standard reports and management reporting system.
* Accountable for effective management of service contracts including preparation of weekly / monthly & quarterly performance review.
*  Accountable to develop scope of services documents to support tender process and technical tender evaluations.
*  Accountable to support the implementation of DIA Operations management reporting strategy.
* To effectively manage the communication of changes in service delivery provider, targeted performance criteria, measurement methods and expected support from the operational units.
* Writing, production and distribution of Quick Reference Manuals explaining the desired service standards.
* Writing, production and distribution of SOP's on service standard monitoring at DIA.
* Prepare and conduct training sessions for DIA Operations managerial and supervisor
* Contribute and implement Standards & Service Development contracts, policies, systems, processes, procedures and standards covering all relevant business operational functions so that all operational requirements are optimally fulfilled while complying and delivering a quality service to our internal & external customers.
* Maintain an awareness of best practice techniques and tools in the area of Standards & Service Development Contracts so that the department optimises efficiency and levels of service.


About You:


We are looking for someone with service contract management and demonstrated leadership skills.

You will also hold a Bachelor's degree, minimum of 5 years of job related experience is essential with atleast 3 years in Airline industry. You have to possess direct exposure to government bureaucracies in the Middle East with genuine passion for problem solving

You must be able to establish and develop effective working relationships with colleagues within and outside the department. A self-starter with the ability to multi-task and excellent communication skills is essential to be successful in the role.
