About Your Job:
You will be responsible to prepare, cook, chill, portion using specifications working under supervision. You should follow HACCP hygiene and quality standards and ensure proper documentation is done for the preparation of Confectionery items produced by you. Makes sure that old products are utilised first to avoid any wastage. Ensures that all meals handled by you are produced in accordance to airline specifications.
About You:
You should be SSC passed or holding Certificate course from Food Craft Institute in Production or 2-3 years experience in Confectionery unit.
You should have 2-3 years experience in Confectionery unit with any Flight catering unit or reputable hotel . Must have knowledge of F&B, personal hygiene, HACCP, fire fighting, first aid.
Must be keenly aware of new trends and directions in the fine dining service industry.
