Our client is urgently seeking an enthusiastic Temporary HR Business Partner, based in Dubai for the duration of seven months the working hours will be from 7.00am to 3.30pm or 8.00am to 4.30pm, Sunday to Thursday. They need someone who is available immediately.
As the HR Business Partner you will be required to manage the entire recruitment cycle including; advertising, screening, interviewing, reference checks, negotiating and finalizing offers.
Provide pro active support to staff in all aspects of HR, continually developing the service level within the team. Provide effective communication of HR policies and procedures.
Proactively manage the following functions within HR for our clients departments, on boarding/orientation, Employee Relations; disciplinary and grievances, employee performance management, succession planning, organisational changes and exit processing.
