Our client a leading National organisation with over decades of industry experience is currently looking to recruit a Well Services Team Leader to work in Offshore Well Operations.
The role:
- This position is responsible for the day to day oversight the well service intervention and well head maintenance vessel(s) operations and all personnel involved in surface and subsurface well operations.
- Oversight of jack up barge and the performance of rigless/coiled tubing workovers.
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in adherence to company Policies and Procedures.
- Managing all logistical aspects for both the well services and well intervention operations. The position promotes safe and cost efficient practices to achieve the production goals for the Operations Department.
- Review and approve well intervention programs.
- Optimize utilization of resources to deliver work program within schedule and budget.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 15 years well intervention experience with at least 5 years within the offshore oil and gas production industry.
- Working knowledge of good well intervention industry practices and relevant codes and standards.
- Familiarity with well operations and well head maintenance.
- Familiar with safety requirements.
- Leadership, strategic planning & orientation, project management, good teamwork, fluent in English, Interpersonal and Communication skill
