About Your Job:
:
Monitor and take action for all cargo discrepancies and customer complaints through entire network in coordination with concerned stations on a daily basis. To ensure immediate corrective action taken for mishandled cargo to minimise discrepancies and to enhance customer services.
Accountabilities:
* Receive, record and acknowledge to all customer complaints and claims related issues.
* Investigate claims / complaints with stations / departments / personal concerned and prepare a report with the findings of the investigation.
* Follow-up with stations to gather necessary documents / information which requires to make a sound judgement of the case and to have a complete claim file for audit / legal purposes.
* Prepare necessary documents for approval or rejection of claims as per claims officer's approval and dispatch them to stations in order to be forwarded to the customers.
* Ensure all records / files related to claims/discrepancies in a systematic manner and for easy retrieval to comply with legal requirement.
* Update status of claims in the Oryx system and claims database with correct information as and when it changes along with the process.
* Assist Cargo Senior Claims Officer in collecting evidence / supportive documents from stations and customers co-ordinate with inter-departments for processing claims and settlement to expedite the process (Average of 70-80 claims in month).
About You:

Qualifications & Experience:
* Must have a High School diploma or equivalent education certificate.
* A minimum of 3 years in a relevant field, of which 1 year airline or air-freight experience preferred.
* Computer literate and familiar with MS Office applications (Word, Excel Power Point and Access).
* Understanding of TACT rules and IATA regulations.
* Communication skills and good command of English language.
