- Qualification: Secondary education Minimum .
- Experience Minimum 2 years’ Experience.
- Answering of customer calls, emails, social media and other contact with internal and external customers.
- Fluent in bilingual language ( Written and Verbal ) in Arabic and English .
- PC & Keyboard Skills .
- Experience of working in contact center or customer service environments.
- Abele to developed and maintain customer support.
- Feedback any trends noticed from customer calls to their team leader as they are noticed .
