ensure that the restaurant is set up for the shift and all our guests receive fast, efficient, friendly and professional dining experience:
•Ensure all tables are clean and set up as per company standards .
•Stock and restock all waiter stations as and when required .
•Meet and greet guests on arrival .
•Present menus, answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage .
•Write orders on pads, relay order to kitchen and serve food and beverage .
•Observe guests to respond to additional requests and suggestive sell .
•Full table service following the company “sequence of service .
•Clean restaurant areas i.e. sweeping floors, wiping tables
and counters, general cleanliness of restaurant areas .
•Prepare hot and cold beverages as per guest orders following standard recipes.
•Clean all service equipment as you go and at the end of your shift .
•Promptly total bills and accept payment from the guest .
•Deal with customer complaints in accordance with the company policy .
•Attend all meetings and training sessions .
•Practice team work and help others when needed .
•Any other adhoc duties as directed by the Management .
Skills
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
•Minimum High School Certificate .
•Written and oral communication skills .
•Aptitude to deal with cash .
•Good in guest relations .
•Team working skills .
•Ability to work independently .
•Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays .
