Maintenance Foreman

1.Position Overview:
Performs routine machinery maintenance, Lubricate machinery, change parts, and provide small wares or uniform for production line employees in coordination with technical manager.

2.Main Position Functions:
A)Conducts checking tour on daily basis to observe mechanical operation to determine efficiency and to detect problems.
B) Inspects or tests damaged machine parts, and marks defective areas or advices supervisors of repair needs.
C) Installs, replaces, or changes machine parts and attachments, according to paints production lines results in coordination with technical manager.
D)Records maintenance parts needed for replacement & cost from external industrial workshop to approve & manufacture, and hand over all cost bills to finance department.
E)Collaborates all machines frequently as preventive maintenance procedures.
F) Makes the periodical inventory of all existed parts & small wares, verify the discrepancies, and prepare the report to technical manager.
G) Participates in checking operating of fire system periodically with the Specialist Company, and makes sure implementing the system effectively.
