This employer has recently been awarded a major contract on the high profile Doha Metro. This is a long term project (4 years) with a recognised international contractor.
The HVAC/MEP Systems Engineer is to assist the Systems Assurance Manager on Requirement Management for a civil work package including Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing (MEP) works on this major project.
DUTIES:
* Provide compliance checking within the Client requirement.
* Interface Management
* Preparing reports and presentations and attending meetings as needed.
* RAMS and Data base experience is also considered necessary.
* Contributing to RAMS submissions for Rail Systems and Safety Management Systems
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
* Strong experience in a similar role with engineering management company or in a construction site environment
* Excellent oral and written English language
* Qualified professional working under limited supervision capable of performing general technical works and manages projects or tasks of moderate complexity.
Other requirements:
* Strong Communication (written and oral) skills
* Computer Proficiency (MS Excel, MS Word and Power Point)
